House Rules for iOS · Last updated: October 2026
No accounts. No analytics. No tracking. No ads.
Data we collect
House Rules collects no data at all. There are no accounts, and the app never asks for your name, email address or any other personal information. It contains no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
Data stored on your device
Profiles (a first name or nickname and an emoji avatar), answers, progress, exam results and achievements are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Internet connection
The only network request the app makes is downloading question updates, which are plain files on a content server. The request contains no personal information, no profile data and no progress. As with any internet request, the server's hosting provider can technically see your IP address; we do not use it to identify you.
Third parties
House Rules contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services, and it shares no data with anyone.
Children's privacy
House Rules is made for children and parents. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, nothing about a child ever leaves the device. This is in line with children's privacy laws such as COPPA.
